Overview Operations Manager to $155K - High-Visibility Role! Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Operations Manager to optimize administrative and office functions across a key regional footprint. This role focuses on driving team performance and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in administrative leadership with a strong track record of team management. Responsibilities Oversee a multi-office Administrative support team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management. Align executive assistant (EA) support with evolving business needs while improving workflows and processes. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendor relationships, and space planning including real estate projects. Manage budgets and identify efficiencies to create a world-class office environment. Support internal events and key business initiatives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on operational programs, such as the corporate travel program. Drive continuous improvement across policies, procedures, and service delivery. Qualifications 15+ years of relevant administrative team management experience. Proven success leading and developing large, high-performing teams. Experience driving change across an organization in fast-paced professional services environments. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making. Hands-on, low-ego approach with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
