Architectural Drafter (AutoCad) | 3+ Years NYC Commercial Experience

Overview Aazarkian Architecture P.C. (AAPC) is seeking an Architectural Drafter to join our team. THE COMPANY AAPC is a zoning and compliance-focused architectural firm based in New York City that provides compliance architecture solutions for commercial spaces and properties, closely following NYC Department of Buildings and other city agencies to navigate regulations with precision. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including zoning & code determinations, space planning & design, construction documents and site inspections. RESPONSIBILITIES Drafting & Design: Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, including plans, elevations, sections Revisions: Update and refine existing drawings to reflect changes in design, specifications, or project requirements Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, and production staff to ensure drawings meet project specifications and quality standards Collaborate with in-house architects and expeditors to develop comprehensive architectural drawing sets that adhere to NYC agency standards and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
