two Temporary Staff Accountants

to join our Finance team: 1. Staff Accountant – General Accounting Support day-to-day general accounting activities, including: Journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations. Month-end close and financial reporting. Variance analysis and intercompany reconciliations. GL and subledger maintenance. Audit, budgeting, forecasting, and process improvement support. 2. Staff Accountant – Accounts Receivable Support daily AR activities, including: Cash application and account reconciliations. Customer account and aging analysis. Researching and resolving billing/payment discrepancies. Collection support and AR reporting. Month-end close and maintaining accurate customer records. Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of accounting experience: General Accounting & Accounts Receivable Strong Excel skills and experience with SAP accounting/ERP systems preferred. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. On-site position — remote work is not available.
