Responsibilities Process title work on all new and used vehicles for both PA and out-of-state deals Process Pennsylvania Title Work via Online portal within timeframe required by PennDOT Prepare tax and title documents required for state in which vehicle will be titled Monitor, track, & report any issues or delays promptly with the Controller Maintains PennDOT record retention & filing system as outlined by PAA Audit Requirements Monitor & maintain all required licenses, training certs, logs, contract affidavits, etc. Assist Controller with state audits and stay up-to-date on PennDOT requirements Conduct periodic training sessions for F&I managers and sales personnel regarding title regulations and procedures Requirements Valid Driver's License Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening Equal Opportunity Employer Bergey's is an equal opportunity employer.
