What You'll Do

Lead daily operations including sales performance, cost control, and guest satisfaction
Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently met
Manage staff schedules, assignments, and ongoing training
Cultivate a positive work culture through coaching and accountability
Handle daily financials and ensure accurate cash management
Deliver the Russ' experience with energy, leadership, and consistency

What You Bring to the Table

High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
3+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and health regulations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
