Sales Rep within logistics (cold storage)

A large cold storage warehousing company is expanding its sales team and seeking qualified sales candidates. They are looking for candidates who are motivated to win. 1-2 years of Sales experience in logistics. Only for US candidates based in IN. This is an onsite role.

Key Responsibilities:

Hunt for new business to grow market share.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Requirements:

Sales experience in logistics (1-2 years).
Proven track record of having achieved sales KPIs.

What Company Offers:

Base salary $70K-$80K/year (depending on experience) + commission.
Onsite based in south of Indianapolis
Training will be provided
