Responsibilities Implement Salesforce products and solutions on projects in the Salesforce Platform with a primary focus on Nonprofit Cloud, plus Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud Maintain and support Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementations of all shapes and sizes Work daily with a team composed of a Salesforce architect/team lead and other Salesforce consultants and developers Execute low code customization and configuration changes to achieve nonprofit business requirements (e.g. flows, custom objects and fields, lightning page changes, reports and dashboards, validation rules, data loader imports, installing and configuring AppExchange packages, etc.) Work in sandboxes and deploy via change sets to manage the application lifecycle Demo completed work during iteration meetings with nonprofit customers Contribute to business process improvement discussions with customers and provide recommendations grounded in nonprofit operations such as fundraising, donor management, and program delivery Train system administrators and power users when required Implement best practices on low code and pro code customizations to minimize technical debt Acquire new certifications with time on the job for learning Write consulting and technical articles for dbservices.com Requirements 1‑2 years working as an administrator or consultant on the Salesforce platform Nonprofit Cloud certification and/or hands‑on Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) experience required; Financial Services Cloud Accreditation is a plus Bachelor's degree preferably in STEM, business process improvement/business administration or related area preferred but not required Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple projects and accounts Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical individuals Works well in a team.
