Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integrated Campaign Manager to join our Tech Services team. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, rapidly growing tech environment where you will play an instrumental role in driving our business's growth and success. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive demand and lead generation.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, increase brand awareness, and accelerate sales pipeline.
2. Work closely with the Sales team to align on shared goals, strategies, and tactics, and to track and measure the success of the campaigns.
3. Use Salesforce and other CRM tools to track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Creative to develop compelling campaign themes and narratives that resonate with our target audience.
5. Utilize Asana to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools to automate and optimize campaign processes and workflows.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in integrated marketing and demand generation.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated marketing campaign management, preferably in the tech services industry.
3. Proven track record of designing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
4. Proficient in using Salesforce, Asana, and other CRM and project management tools.
5. Experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.
6. Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and tactics.
7. Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
