RN - MedSurg, Nights

Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver quality patient care within organizational policies and procedures. Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Oversee the activities of assigned staff to ensure effective care delivery. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience required; new graduates are eligible. Valid Georgia RN license or multistate licensure and BCLS certification required. Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NICU, Women's Services certifications). Skills & Key Duties Provide age-appropriate care from birth through the lifecycle. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and adherence to standards.
