Senior Technical Lead

Senior Technical LeadWe are seeking an experienced Azure Big Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize large-scale data solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure Synapse, Spark/PySpark, Scala, SQL, Cosmos, and ADLS, with exposure to Microsoft Fabric and Kusto technologies.Job SummaryDesign and develop scalable Big Data solutions using Azure Synapse Analytics. Build and optimize distributed data processing pipelines using Spark/PySpark and Scala. Develop complex SQL and Scope scripts for large-scale data transformation and analytics. Work with Cosmos and ADLS to manage enterprise-scale structured and unstructured datasets. Implement ETL/ELT pipelines, data validation, monitoring, and performance tuning. Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions. Leverage Kusto and Microsoft Fabric for advanced analytics and reporting requirements.Skill RequirementsStrong experience in Azure Data Engineering and Big Data ecosystem. Hands-on expertise in Synapse, Spark/PySpark, Scala, SQL, Cosmos, and ADLS. Experience with data modeling, ETL frameworks, and performance optimization. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery methodologies. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Microsoft Fabric / OneLake experience. Kusto (KQL) development experience. Azure Data Engineer certification (DP-203) preferred.Other RequirementsMaximum Salary (US): 148000 Minimum Salary (US): 78000
