Destination Travel Specialist - Remote

Were looking for a Destination Travel Specialist to join our team and help people turn their travel dreams into reality.

What Youll Do

Connect with clients to understand their travel needs preferences and budgets.
Book seamless journeys via email chat and phonetransforming inquiries into confirmed trips with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Resolve issues quickly turning concerns into happy outcomes and ensuring smooth travel from booking to homecoming.
Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize support for future bookings.
Optimize response funnels minimizing delays and boosting client satisfaction scores.
Nurture post-booking relationships ensuring clients feel supported before during and after every trip.
Deliver high-touch service with empathy expertise and a genuine smile.

Nice to Have

Travel industry savvy (preferred not required zero experience also welcomed)
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with technology and AI tools (well train you on the rest)
Passion for travel and curiosity about the world
