This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the local area in the comfort of their own home!

Top Skills Required:
• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of IL
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance

Must have IL RN license + a min. of 1 year of licensed RN experience in the hospital setting (med surg, telemetry, ER or ICU preferred). Home health experience is highly preferred but not required. *Will not interview anyone who does not have a minimum of 1 year of hospital experience as a licensed RN (clinicals don’t count).
