With all the excitement, we are looking to add a Sales Consultant who’s equally excited about growth! We are looking for a motivated, professional individual who is committed to providing an excellent customer experience and being a part of a growing goal-oriented team. Compensation & Benefits: Compensation: Our Sales Consultants receive a $2,500 monthly base salary, plus performance-based commissions. This structure is built to increase growth potential while excluding most risks associated with other dealerships. Estimated total annual income is $60,000-$125,000 which varied based on individual sales performance, customer satisfaction, and sales volume. Bonuses: Annual Christmas and Vacation bonuses averaging $1,700 each Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with annual company contributions, and Paid Vacation Advancement opportunities: Our goal is to support you finding a path to advance your career whether it’s Senior Sales, Finance, or Management. What does success look like? As a Sales Consultant, you’ll greet our guests and learn about their wants and needs in their next vehicle. Then, you’ll match them to one of our innovative vehicles, test drive, present pricing and utilize negotiating skills, and ask for their business. After, you’ll show customers how to use their all-new vehicle, showing them how to work all of their new features and technology. You’ll also make calls, texts, and email customers about their interests, market yourself, build relationships with your customers, and schedule appointments.
