We’re focused on expanding access to exceptional clinical care while helping our partners provide reliable, cost-effective services for the clients they serve.
\nWe’re looking for an FNP or Dual Certified provider based in Arizona to join our clinical team full-time— to support our partnered facility in Chandler.
\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Dual-Certified provider to support patients at a detox and behavioral health treatment facility. This role combines on-site patient care, telehealth coverage, and on-call responsibilities to ensure consistent medical support for individuals undergoing detox and stabilization.
\n \nThe ideal candidate is comfortable working in a substance use disorder and mental health treatment environment, collaborating with clinical staff, and providing medication management and medical evaluations.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Conduct history & physical assessments for patients entering detox and stabilization programs \n
- Provide medication management, including MAT protocols when appropriate \n
- Develop and oversee treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical and medical team \n
- Perform follow-up visits and medication adjustments \n
- Participate in telehealth coverage for remote consultations \n
- Provide on-call support as scheduled \n
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system \n
- Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and medical providers to support patient recovery \n
Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) \n
- Active Arizona NP license and prescriptive authority \n
- DEA registration required \n
- Experience in addiction medicine and detox \n
- Ability to work both in-person and via telehealth \n
- Strong clinical judgment and team collaboration skills \n
