Events Manager, Developers

We’re looking for an Events Manager to own and scale the Arize event experience—from flagship conferences like Observe to high-impact community and brand experiences across the Bay Area and beyond. What You’ll Do Plan and execute Arize’s flagship events, including Observe, our AI engineering conference. Own the full lifecycle of corporate and branded events—from concept to execution to post-event analysis. Build memorable brand experiences across the Bay Area. Create experiences that resonate with AI engineers, developers, and technical leaders. Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendors, budgets, timelines, and operations. Partner closely with marketing, developer relations, product, and leadership teams. Ensure events are executed seamlessly and at a high bar of quality. Help build the Arize community through meetups, developer events, and workshops. Develop programming that engages AI builders. Track event performance and outcomes. Use data and feedback to continuously improve the Arize event experience. What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or community events. Proven experience planning corporate, conference, or large‑scale events. Experience building events for developers, AI audiences, or technical communities. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. A world‑class communicator who can collaborate across teams and stakeholders. A creative and out‑of‑the‑box thinker who can design memorable brand experiences. Ability to manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bonus Points Experience running developer conferences or meetups. Background in AI, ML, data, or developer ecosystems. Experience managing sponsors, speakers, and technical programming. Startup or high‑growth company experience. Salary Salary Range $160,000-$190,000 plus a generous equity package depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
