Receiving Clerk - 8-Hour Day Shift

This role involves managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment for a large healthcare organization. The position requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to operate material handling equipment. Essential Duties Receive and process all supplies and equipment per established procedures. Deliver all material received from the Warehouse and shipping companies daily. Maintain the security and condition of all equipment. Operate hydraulic lift trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Inspect contents to ensure they match the packing slip. Maintain and enforce security on the dock. Ensure proper transport of carts to prevent damage to items, hallway walls, or doors. Affix asset tags as required by policy and procedure. Perform all functions related to outbound shipping of material. Assist departments with returning RTV’s to dock. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Warehouse/Receiving experience in a customer-service focused industry preferred. Physical Demands Standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs., carrying 50 lbs., pushing 200 lbs., kneeling, crouching, handling, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, eye/hand/foot coordination.
