The Exterior Company (TEC) is a full-service exterior contractor with a proud reputation for quality and professionalism. We are a highly awarded company committed to being the obvious choice for our customers—and that starts with hiring the best Outside Sales Representatives. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of TEC throughout the customer’s project. You will inspect properties for storm-related damage, help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process, develop the project scope and estimate, close the sale, and oversee the construction process to ensure a smooth customer experience. No prior industry experience is necessary. Join our team, and we will provide the training and support you need to succeed! About the job:
- Promote TEC’s services and products to prospective customers and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through door-to-door lead generation, referrals, and other sales activities
- Oversee projects and installations to ensure work meets TEC’s quality standards
- Safely access roofs to inspect for damage and evaluate siding, gutters, and other exterior components
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a valid driver’s license
