Outside Sales Representative
$60,000 - $70,000 per year + commission on every closed lead.

We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing, emotionally sharp sales professional who thrives in the field, builds trust instantly, and moves fast under pressure. This is more than sales, it’s sales with purpose . You’ll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery. This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally charged outside sales role that actually matters. Serving people in their time of need while building a high-reward career.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to emergency property losses—often within hours.
• Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities. 
• Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner.
• Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations.
• Volunteer non-operational time to related community events.
• Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events.
• Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
• On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Achieve and remain current in required certifications
• Earn uncapped bonuses on top of your base salary for every signed job.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• 3+ years experience in an outside sales role or customer service role 
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
• Can successfully pass a background check
