Desired Skills & Experience:

• State certification in Special Education (required)
• Experience working with elementary school students (K-6)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and dedication to inclusive education practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of K-6 students in both collaborative and self-contained multi-needs classrooms
• Design and adapt lesson plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Track student progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
