You'll help shape treatment programming, support clinicians and direct care staff, and ensure our therapeutic approaches truly meet each young person's unique needs.This is a role for someone who leads with compassion, thinks clinically, and thrives in a collaborative environment.What you'll be doing:Implementing treatment programming — You'll help bring treatment plans to life within each milieu, making sure youth receive consistent, supportive interventions.Reviewing clinical documentation — You'll assist with reviewing notes, assessments, case management documentation, and treatment plans to ensure accuracy and quality.Evaluating referrals — You'll work with the Admissions Department to determine whether incoming referrals are a good fit for the program.Collaborating with Program Directors — You'll partner with leadership across cottages to make sure treatment services are fully and consistently implemented.Developing treatment goals — You'll help shape individualized goals that support each youth's therapeutic journey.Why this role matters:Youth in residential treatment deserve care that is thoughtful, coordinated, and grounded in trauma-informed practice.
