Diana Health, in collaboration with HCA Northcrest Hospital, is seeking an OB/GYN to join their modern women's health practice in Springfield, Tennessee, north of Nashville. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care within an integrated model supported by Certified Nurse Midwives, mental health clinicians, and a comprehensive care team. The practice focuses on physician well-being and aims to redefine women's healthcare.
Practice Info
- National network of modern women’s health practices partnering with hospitals
- Integrated model allows OB/GYNs to practice at the top of their license with support of Certified Nurse Midwives, mental health clinicians, and a comprehensive care team
- CNMs take first call, with OB/GYNs providing backup
- Integrated care teams including LCSWs, lactation, education, and specialists
- Tech-enabled practice with strong operational support
- National practice network focused on quality, outcomes, and sustainability
Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope outpatient OB/GYN care across the lifespan
- Perform gynecologic surgery in-office and at HCA Northcrest Hospital
- Serve scheduled 24-hour call shifts from home as backup to in-house CNMs (CNMs are onsite 24/7)
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Compensation
- No wRVU or productivity requirements
- Base salary + annual bonus

Requirements
- Open to Residents seeking a supportive, evidence-based, team-oriented first practice
- Open to Experienced OB/GYNs seeking a sustainable, high-quality, patient-centered model
- Board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Patient-centered, collaborative, and mission-driven
