We are looking for a talented and well-rounded Junior Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative Los Angeles office. What You Will Do Support project teams through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration Prepare design concepts, presentations, and project documentation Coordinate work with interdisciplinary project teams and consultants Contribute to the preparation of design and construction documents Balance multiple assignments while maintaining quality and responsiveness Communicate effectively with clients and team members Your Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited school of Architecture 4+ years’ professional experience preferred Interest in historic preservation, adaptive reuse, or existing buildings Strong design, graphic, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop design concepts and prepare project documentation Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Creative problem solver with a collaborative and positive approach ARG supports and encourages staff development, including fee reimbursement for AREs, a professional development stipend, and time off for volunteering.
