Growth Marketing Director

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Acquisition, or Performance Marketing\n• Cruise line industry experience\n• Strong customer segmentation, audience strategy, and persona development experience, ideally targeting affluent or high-net-worth consumers\n• Hands-on omnichannel paid media experience including SEM, programmatic, CTV, paid social, retargeting, and full-funnel media strategy\n• Experience managing digital and media agencies including media planning, media buying, targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization\n• Strong CRM, lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation experience, including customer journeys and lead-to-booking conversion\n• Strong marketing analytics experience including forecasting, attribution, KPIs, dashboards, conversion, and ROI measurement\n• Experience with website optimization, SEO, and digital conversion\nExperience with relevant marketing technology platforms including CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot; email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or similar; web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Crazy Egg; and CMS platforms such as WordPress

Looking for a hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to drive demand, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, audience strategy, digital, and analytics.
