Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense (Hybrid)

Our client is an insurance defense firm seeking litigation attorneys at various experience levels. Responsibilities vary by experience and may include: Managing or assisting with litigation matters from inception through resolution Maintaining direct contact with claims professionals, insureds, and clients (as appropriate to experience) Taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions Preparing for and participating in mediations and settlement conferences Handling written discovery and motion practice Developing and executing case strategy in collaboration with the team Preparing cases for trial, including witness and exhibit preparation Communicating clearly, promptly, and professionally with all stakeholders Requirements: Minimum 3 years of Insurance Defense Texas Bar licensed (or awaiting admission) and in good standing Commitment to 2,000 billable hours annually Strong written and oral advocacy skills (commensurate with experience) Professional judgment, reliability, and respect for deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Tower Legal Solutions
