Recruiter

Contract | Kansas City, KS Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to add a Temporary Recruiter to its HR team. This contract opportunity will provide coverage during a leave of absence and is expected to run through the end of the year. The role will focus primarily on high-volume recruiting for hourly production and operations positions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage high-volume recruiting for hourly production, warehouse, maintenance, and operations positions Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Extend offers and guide candidates through the hiring process Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding activities Maintain candidate records and updates within the HRIS/ATS system Verify I-9 documentation and support compliance requirements Respond to applicant and employee inquiries related to recruiting and hiring Support internal promotion and employee movement processes Qualifications 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or high-volume hiring environments is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneouslyExperience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Morgan Hunter
