Job Description Job Description We are looking for Full Time receptionist with dental office experience to cover our Office Manager's Maternity leave. Duties will include but are not limited to: Greeting and checking-in patients Sending Insurance claims and receiving insurance payments Keeping schedule managed, scheduling recalls and scheduling patients over the phone accordingly Sending statements and receiving and processing payments Managing patient flow Our office hours are Monday/Tuesday, 7:30-4, Wednesday by appointment only, and Thursday 7:30-3:30. Applicant must have some dental office experience. Our office manager will be out from mid-late October until May. We are looking for someone to start ideally in early October so they can shadow our office manager for a few weeks before she is out.
