If you have prior military service or government contracting experience, are proud to serve and support our nation, and want to help support ProSync's mission to "Define and Redefine the State of Possible,” please apply today!RESPONSIBILITIESA Mid-Level SETA Security Specialist will be tasked with the following:Provide SETA support to government security offices, program managers, and mission stakeholders.Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of security program activities and initiatives.Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and operational guidance.Review program activities to ensure compliance with government regulations, security directives, and mission requirements.Prepare reports, briefings, staffing packages, correspondence, and program documentation for leadership review.Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, mission partners, and security professionals to facilitate program objectives.Track action items, milestones, deliverables, and security program requirements to support successful mission execution.Support program reviews, meetings, working groups, inspections, and compliance assessments.Analyze security processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.Assist with risk management, issue resolution, and the development of corrective action plans.Provide administrative and technical support for security-related projects and initiatives.Maintain awareness of changing security policies, regulations, and mission requirements that may impact program execution.Support leadership with strategic planning efforts, program analysis, and decision-making activities.RequirementsThree (3) or more years of experience supporting government security programs, program management offices, compliance initiatives, or related security functions.Experience providing advisory, analytical, administrative, or program support within government, defense, or Intelligence Community environments.Knowledge of security program operations, compliance requirements, and government processes.Experience coordinating activities among multiple stakeholders and organizations.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports, briefings, and executive correspondence.Ability to work independently while supporting government leadership and mission stakeholders.Must hold an active IAT/IAM Level II certification. (i.e. Security+, CySA+, SSCP, GICSP, GSEC, CND, CCNA Security, CASP+/SecurityX, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCNP Security, CCSP, etc.) A minimum Top Secret security clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility is required to be considered for this position.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSA Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university (OR) an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience may be substituted.
