You must also engage with both the day and evening shift.C&W Services is looking for a Regional Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple high-volume distribution sites.This is not a traditional facilities maintenance role. We're looking for an experienced industrial maintenance leader with a strong background in conveyor systems, robotics, automated material handling, sortation, and distribution/fulfillment operations.If you're ready to take your leadership experience beyond a single site and drive performance across multiple locations, this is your opportunity.What You'll DoLead maintenance operations across six local sites, traveling between locations as needed.Manage, coach, and develop maintenance teams while driving accountability and performance.Oversee maintenance of conveyors, robotics, sortation, automated material-handling systems, and related equipment.Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Monitor KPIs, work orders, backlog, downtime, and other maintenance metrics.Partner with site leadership, clients, vendors, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve operations.Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, and accountability.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, reliability, and operational efficiency.What We're Looking For:Multi-site maintenance management experienceIndustrial maintenance leadership experienceExperience with conveyors, robotics, automated material handling, sortation, or similar industrial automation3+ years of people-management experience, including coaching, KPIs, and accountabilityEither a 4-year degree AND 3 years of people-management experience, OR 5 years of people-management experience in lieu of a 4-year degreeStrong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenanceAbility to travel between multiple assigned sitesIf your background is in conveyors, robotics, automated equipment, sortation, or high-volume distribution/fulfillment maintenance, we want to hear from you.Why C&W Services?This role gives you the opportunity to influence maintenance performance across multiple sites while developing your career toward future leadership opportunities, including:Maintenance Manager ?
