Merchant Services Product Manager

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a contract position with a top‑tier bank in the financial industry. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to driving personal and organizational goals. Pay: $55–$60 per hour Shift: First Work Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM Education: Bachelor’s degree Responsibilities Acting as a Product Owner and a Senior Business Analyst, this candidate will support the execution of a strategic initiative designed to build a Merchant Services digital application. They will work closely with other product owners on the team to perform analysis, gather requirements, and help design solutions in partnership with Technology teams. The candidate will also support business readiness activities, partnering with communication and training teams to ensure sales and operations are ready to support backend processes from the digital application experience. Project management skills are leveraged to stay on task and ensure organization and delivery of expected results. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Participate in daily stand‑ups to understand planned activities for the day and week Work closely with the primary product owner to receive direction and support as needed to complete tasks Leverage Copilot and other AI‑related tools to enhance and accelerate work Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as technology, sales, operations, risk, and other teams impacted by the project Identify use cases for user acceptance, testing, and business readiness deliverables Contribute to or help create PowerPoint slides to communicate progress of the initiatives Skills Project Management Jira Confluence Change Delivery Application Modernization Qualifications 7 years of experience Experienced level Bachelor’s degree Pay & Benefits Pay offered will be based on factors including education, work experience, location, specific duties, certifications, etc. Benefits may include medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, and life insurance offerings, short‑term disability, and a 401(k) plan based on eligibility.
