Vendor & Order Support Coordinator
Minimum 2-month assignment
Hybrid: Tues–Thurs onsite, Mon & Fri remote
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
About the RoleWe’re hiring a Vendor & Order Support Coordinator to help manage customer orders and partner with internal teams and external vendors to keep everything running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer communication, and coordinating across teams . You’ll handle order inquiries, support vendor-related issues, and ensure customers have a seamless experience from purchase to delivery.
- Respond to customer inquiries (email, chat, phone) about orders, shipping, and products
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
- Manage order updates, cancellations, returns, and refunds
- Investigate delivery issues, missing items, and damaged products
- Track and document cases using internal systems (CRM/ticketing tools)
- Escalate complex issues and follow through until resolution
- Identify patterns and help improve processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service and retail experience
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic systems
- Experience with order management or ecommerce platforms
- Experience handling returns, refunds, or vendor coordination

This is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
