Corporate Staff Accountant

Location: Vancouver, WA Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Permanent Compensation: Up to $75,000–$80,000 DOE CV Resources is partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the real estate industry to hire a Corporate Staff Accountant for its Vancouver, WA office. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys financial reporting, general ledger accounting, and month-end close and is looking for a long‑term opportunity with a collaborative team. The position is expected to begin on a temporary basis with the potential to convert to a permanent role. What You’ll Do Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting Support the month-end close process Prepare and post journal entries Complete balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations Assist with financial statement preparation and review Maintain schedules and supporting documentation for financial reporting Research account discrepancies and variances Ensure the accuracy and completeness of corporate financial data Assist with audit requests and supporting documentation Support ad hoc reporting and accounting projects as needed Collaborate with accounting and finance team members across the organization What We’re Looking For Previous Staff Accountant or similar corporate accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month-end close Experience with financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliations Ability to understand and work with financial statements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Yardi experience is a plus Real estate or property management industry experience is helpful, but not required Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Collaborative, flexible, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
