Location: University of Kansas Great Bend 514 Cleveland Street, Great Bend, KS 67530 BR: BR before admin fee Class/Area: RN/LDR Start Date: ASAP (10/11) Ori Schedule: Monday-virtual orientation, Tuesday-Friday (on unit training) Non Billable Ori: 8 hours Contract Length: 13 weeks Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 12 hour nights | 1845-0715 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required Holiday Requirement: Required in rotation Floating Requirement: May float to MS as needed for overflow patients On Call Requirement: 2-3 on call shifts per month ----------------- Experience Requirement: 2 years of LDR experience. Must be willing to float to MS & take care of pediatric patients. Experience Preferred: 3+ years of LDR experience in rural hospital. Pervious travel experience in a plus. EPIC experience is highly preferred. New graduates accepted: No License and Certification Requirement: RN license | AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP | Must have taken a fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) within the past 24 months **must be fully committed to obtaining PALS prior to start. Client Specific Notes: Nicotine free facility | Bi-weekly pay | Client is allowed to cancel 2 shifts per month at no cost to the client and no pay to the THP. Will provide a minimum 2 hour notice. Client cancels due to low census RN may be asked to remail available, if this occurs the time at home is considered on-call and will paid at the on-call rate.
