This contract opportunity, located near Silverton, OR, is open for the 26-27 school year and offers the chance to work three days per week, directly engaging with students and educators. You will provide in-person therapy services to meet the needs of a diverse population, ensuring every student receives the adaptive support necessary for academic and personal growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
• Demonstrated experience in a school environment is highly preferred
• Proven ability to address a broad spectrum of student needs, from assistive technology to sensory processing and fine motor skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Committed to upholding confidentiality, ethical standards, and current best practices in school-based OT

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals tailored to individual students
• Deliver targeted, in-person occupational therapy support across elementary, middle, or high school settings
• Document progress, provide input at IEP meetings, and communicate effectively with staff and families
• Offer consultation and training to educational staff to promote inclusion and accessibility
• Adapt materials, learning environments, and tools to maximize student participation and independence
