• Duration: Initial 13-week coverage need with ongoing availability preferred
• Shift Duration: 8-hour clinic shifts
• Schedule: Clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with night call from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 24-hour call as scheduled
• Call Coverage: Approximately 5-6 days per month, including weekend coverage as scheduled
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $10,500-$11,250
• Environment: Busy solo-provider practice with strong support staff and Epic EMR

• Board Certified in Urology preferred, or truly Board Eligible
• Active Washington medical license preferred; IMLC considered with LOQ in hand
• DEA, BLS, and ACLS required or obtainable if selected
• Comfort providing general urology care in both clinic and call settings
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment
• Comfortable managing bread-and-butter urology cases without requiring robotic procedures

• Provide general urology care in clinic, during rounding, and while on call
• Evaluate and manage a wide range of adult urology conditions
• Perform common procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsy, TURP, uroflow/cuff, bladder scans, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, and Botox injections
• Respond to consults and callback needs, including both new and established patients
• Collaborate with RNs, medical assistants, surgery scheduling, and front-office support staff
• Maintain efficient patient flow and deliver high-quality patient care in a busy urology department
• Document care accurately in Epic and coordinate with the broader hospital team as needed
