As part of a Leased concession partner, you will contribute to a welcoming and inclusive customer experience, build relationships, and support loyalty through personalized styling and wardrobe recommendations. Responsibilities Help customers by providing attentive service, fashion guidance, and styling from head to toe. Participate in fitting room experiences, wardrobe planning, and cross-selling between Sandro and Maje. Maintain a clean, organized selling floor and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture. Represent the brands professionally, stay informed on exclusive collections, and participate in store events and promotions with our department store hosts. Qualifications 1+ years of prior service experience. Love for customer service. Friendly and outgoing communication skills. Fashion savvy. Social media following (preferred).
