** Purchasing – Hotel **

The Purchasing team member is responsible for receiving, organizing, and distributing supplies and products throughout the hotel while supporting the daily operations of the Purchasing Department.

** Main Responsibilities: **

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
• Verify products and quantities against purchase orders.
• Organize and store supplies in the appropriate areas.
• Distribute products and supplies to different hotel departments.
• Maintain inventory areas clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking.
• Communicate with hotel departments regarding supply needs.
• Follow hotel procedures for receiving and handling merchandise.

** Schedule: **

• Approximately 30–32 hours per week .
• Must have flexible availability based on hotel needs.

** Requirements: **

• English communication skills.-70%
• Ability to lift, move, and organize supplies.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
