Document and Manage Requirements: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, flowcharts, wireframes, and specifications. Support Agile Development: Assist in establishing iteration plans and ensure seamless execution of new features and issue resolution. Analyze and Optimize: Evaluate feature effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement. Ensure Global Consistency: Coordinate with global product managers to maintain a unified product roadmap. Oversee Project Progress: Monitor day‑to‑day activities to ensure projects align with product requirements. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and execute UAT plans with key stakeholders. Monitor and Respond to Metrics: Closely monitor product metrics, proactively addressing any downward KPI trends. Present Performance Insights: Deliver reports on product performance and roadmap recommendations to senior leadership. Mentor and Support: Guide and mentor Product Managers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Independent Requirement Definition: Independently define and produce appropriate requirements for approval and development teams. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree required. 3-7 years of product management or software development experience, with a proven track record of success. Direct experience in e-commerce or online marketing product management. Results‑oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret consumer and customer insights. Experience leading cross‑functional teams. Ability to thrive under deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
