Job Description Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPerform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations on modules, boards, panels, frames, cables, and other assemblies or subassembliesRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, drawings, specifications, changes, and work ordersSet up and perform manual and automated assembly operations and portable machine functionsUse hand and power tools, jigs, saws, drilling machines, fasteners, torquing tools, and precision measuring instrumentsPerform drilling, sealing, fastener installation, varnishing, painting, countersinking, and related structural assembly activitiesConduct continuity checks and quality inspections on work in process and completed assembliesDisassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test assemblies according to specificationsPerform fabrication, functional testing, and required checks during assembly progression and final assemblyComplete required data-gathering transactions to support assembly progressionObtain and move required parts, materials, tools, and assembliesIdentify, report, and investigate discrepancies involving parts, procedures, tools, or assembly sequencesDocument discrepancies according to established specifications, processes, and proceduresPerform routine minor machine maintenance and basic preventive maintenance dutiesMove products within the manufacturing area using assigned equipment and complete required transactionsSupport continuous product flow by training, coaching, and assisting other employeesTrain to become MVP qualifiedPerform additional duties as assigned by leadership, with training and certification provided when requiredRequired Qualifications2+ years of experienceHigh School Diploma/GED or WorkKeys Assessment completionHealth & Safety TrainingGeneral Aircraft FamiliarizationQuality TrainingMVP Qualification TrainingEnglishSkillsHand and Power ToolsPrecision Measuring InstrumentsDrilling Tools and MachinesSAPMicrosoft ExcelManual and Automated Assembly OperationsFunctional TestingBlueprint ReadingQuality InspectionStructural AssemblyDiscrepancy Reporting and DocumentationPreventive MaintenanceMentoring and CoachingWritten and Verbal CommunicationFOD PreventionScheduleStart date: 2026-10-26Next StepsShortlisted candidates will receive an email from with instructions to complete a required screening step.
