Manager, Contracts (Onsite)

Overview We are looking for a Patriot Spares Contracts Manager to support the U.S. Patriot Programs & Integrated Patriot Product Teams. The role manages multiple contracts and negotiations for the Patriot Missile System, ensuring contractual compliance, proposal development, negotiation, and close‑out activities. Responsibilities Lead contract development, negotiations, and execution for Patriot Spares Catalog. Administrate day-to-day contract management and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage contractual scope, terms and conditions, and ensure work meets contract requirements. Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve contractual matters. Communicate strategic issues to senior leadership. Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions to close complex contractual issues. Travel domestically as required. Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of U.S. government contracting experience, or an advanced degree with 5 years of experience. U.S. citizenship required to access information under this program/contract. Experience in Contracts Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Experience with U.S. Government contracts, negotiations, pricing. Knowledge of FAR and DFARS terms and conditions. Comfort contracting through IDIQ and UCA agreements. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills. Ability to build sustaining relationships with external and internal customers. Proactive multitasking and handling concurrent assignments. Can work independently while collaborating with teams.
