Responsibilities Issue purchase orders to approved suppliers to procure materials at the lowest total cost while meeting quality, reliability, and delivery requirements Analyze supplier quotations, select vendors, enter purchase orders, and coordinate delivery schedules Monitor open purchase orders and proactively expedite deliveries as needed Resolve supplier quality, delivery, and performance issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal customers and supplier partners Analyze data and prepare reports; provide recommendations related to inventory levels, safety stock, and forecast consumption Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a related field Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred Knowledge & Skills ERP systems Purchase orders and inventory management Machines and parts used in metal fabrication #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
