Job Description:
If you want to make a significant impact as a Registered Nurse - Endoscopy in PORTERVILLE, CA this position might be what you are looking for! Responsibilities:
- Prepare and educate patients for endoscopic procedures.
- Monitor vital signs and sedation during procedures.
- Assist physicians during endoscopic exams.
- Administer medications, including sedatives and pain relief.
- Provide post-procedure care and monitor recovery.
- Educate patients on aftercare and lifestyle changes.
- Document patient information and procedure details.
- Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of equipment.
- CA Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS; Certification in Gastroenterology Nursing (CGRN) preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Endoscopy or Procedural Nursing preferred
- Pay: $2,568.67 - $2,648.11 / week
- Location: PORTERVILLE, CA
- Assignment Length: 24
- Shift: Day 5x8 - up to 40.00 hours per week
- Setting: Hospital
- Workplace: On-site
