Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing sales quotes, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships. You will also provide product information, assist customers in finding the best solutions for their needs, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare sales quotes
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide product information, pricing, and availability
• Qualify sales leads and support the sales process
• Manage customer communications via phone (cold calling) and email
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
• Maintain accurate records and stay informed on industry updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
