- This Tech position will have a focus on vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Proper use of equipment and facilities when necessary.
- Understand and adhere to governmental regulatory programs and policies. These may include but are not limited to: National Electrical Code, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Uniform Building Code (UBC) and local government environmental agency policies.
- Understand and interpret technical documents and diagrams which include but are not limited to: equipment manuals, blueprints, schematics, Single Line Electrical Drawings, mechanical and electrical equipment schematics.
- Inspect equipment before use and report unsafe conditions.
- This position is responsible for the care, maintenance, and repairs of all properties.
- Event set up and take down.
- Moving furniture and other items.
- Utilizes proper PPE for given duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assist other Facilities Service teams as needed.
- Ethical Conduct.
- Stress Management/Composure.
- Teamwork Orientation.
- Thoroughness.
- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- On-call work is required.
- High School diploma or 4 Years experience in field of focus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
