Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Confidential national general contractor with a strong presence in big-box retail construction. One of a select few firms awarded exclusive contracts with Walmart and Sam's Club, delivering projects nationwide with a consistent pipeline.
Job Description
Support Project Managers on ground-up retail projects ($10M-$80M+). Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking. Coordinate subcontractors, RFIs, and submittals. Maintain project documentation and reporting. Participate in site walks and assist with project execution.

The Successful Applicant
2-5+ years of commercial construction experience. Exposure to ground-up or retail projects preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam (or similar). Motivated to grow into a Project Manager role.
