We need:

• A mid-senior Business Analyst who has supported SproutLoud projects including implementations.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with at least 2 years of experience in Sproutloud marketing automation or similar tools as well as demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of SproutLoud or similar TCMA platforms is a must.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Owner to support our product development and implementation projects, with a particular focus on SproutLoud, a comprehensive Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) platform.
• The ideal candidate will have proven experience in business analysis and product ownership, driving requirements gathering, process optimization, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering solutions that meet both business and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Product Owner for projects involving SproutLoud implementation and optimization.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements by engaging stakeholders across different business functions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Act as a liaison between the business, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of product features and functionality.
• Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development teams in creating solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation to support the implementation of SproutLoud and other marketing automation tools.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and proper testing of the implemented solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead training and onboarding sessions for end users, ensuring a smooth adoption of the SproutLoud platform.
• Identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvements in the system and processes.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of SproutLoud's features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with at least 2 years of experience in marketing automation or similar tools.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the implementation of SproutLoud or similar TCMA platforms is a must.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital campaigns, and multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with project management and business process management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
• Knowledge of API integrations, data mapping, and reporting tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
• Experience in the IT, digital marketing, or advertising industries.
• Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is advantageous.
