Business Analyst / Product Owner

We are seeking a strong, Product Manager to join the team and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives for a contract to hire engagement. Someone who deeply cares about user experience, values early validation, and thrives in environments with strong stakeholder interaction. The successful candidate will own the product roadmap execution, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, market trends, while maintaining a balance UX thinking, business understanding, and delivery collaboration to drive meaningful product outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working on internal, enterprise platforms, stakeholders, and end-u with a go getter personality and eager to learn. Due to the nature of the work and overlap with internal business teams, this role will be a hybrid work model local to the South Jersey area.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst supporting digital platforms
• Leads requirements discovery and documentation through stakeholder interviews, user research, and collaboration with business and IT teams
• Owning, developing and maintaining product strategy and roadmaps that align business objectives with IT delivery
• Strong focus on UX expertise including User interviews and discovery, prototyping, solution validation prior to development and build
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work heavily with business partners to define the IT product strategy alignment
Solid understanding of SDLC processes, specifically Agile/Scrum delivery

Experience integrating with salesforce and legacy systems
