Position: Jr. Additive Manufacturing Technician (3D Printing)

Pay Rate:$28.00 - $32.00 per hour (W2 Only)

Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Seeking to hire a motivated Jr. Additive Manufacturing Technician to operate and maintain industrial 3D printing machines. You'll run builds from start to finish, including setup, printing, part removal, and finishing, while helping keep production running smoothly and parts meeting high quality standards. Please note: This is a 3D printing role, not a CNC machining role.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Operate and maintain industrial additive manufacturing (3D printing) machines to keep them running at peak performance.

• Set up, load, and start builds while following all safety procedures.

• Safely remove and unload finished builds and prepare machines for the next job.

• Perform post-processing and finishing work on completed parts.

• Keep production logs and service records accurate and up to date.

• Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machine and build issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 1 2 years of experience operating 3D printing equipment.

• 1 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally with industrial additive manufacturing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well on a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of additive manufacturing processes (such as FDM, SLA, SLS, or Multi Jet Fusion).

• Experience with industrial 3D printers such as Stratasys, HP, EOS, Formlabs, or Markforged.

• Experience with data management and documentation.

• CAD or design experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).

Other Requirements:

• 10%: Travel - Domestic and International (able to obtain a US Passport)

• 20%: Over-time - which covers weekends, holidays, off shifts, and overtime.

• PPE: Will wear Steel Toed Shoes/Hard Hat and Safety Glasses
