## Business AnalystApplylocations: US - VA, Arlingtontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 42474**Job Family:**Business Systems Analysis**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Ability to Obtain Public Trust**What You Will Do:*** Analyze business systems, user needs, and operational processes to develop clear requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and supporting documentation.* Support all aspects of project coordination, including planning, organizing, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities.* Provide support for program management activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, meeting coordination, action item management, and performance monitoring.* Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify scope, confirm priorities, and translate requirements into actionable work for development teams.* Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, data flows, test scenarios, requirements traceability, wireframes, mockups, and status materials.* Present requirements, product features, metrics, and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences.* Prepare project documentation, presentations, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and executive-level communications.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.* Analyze program data and provide recommendations to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.* Maintain project artifacts within enterprise collaboration platforms and support compliance with organizational standards.**What You Will Need:*** Bachelor’s degree . A Master's degree in an appropriate discipline will be considered equivalent to three (3) years of relevant experience.* Five (5) years of experience .* Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.* Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing strategic objectives with detailed requirements.* Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint.* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or a comparable diagramming tool.* Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be eligible for consideration.* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.* Candidate must be able to travel to the client office in Washington.
