Part-Time Warehouse AssociateThis position will be based out of our San Luis Obispo, CA location.We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate (20 to 25 hours) to help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands on work, has great attention to detail, and wants to be part of the growing renewable energy industry. This role requires work Monday through Friday, with ideal hours between 12pm and 4pm.Job Responsibilities:Track, organize, and maintain solar panels, inverters, mounting hardware, and other solar componentsAccept deliveries, inspect incoming shipments, and ensure accurate documentationKeep warehouse shelves stocked, labeled, and organized for easy accessPick, pack, and prepare solar equipment for installation teamsConduct regular inventory audits and report any discrepanciesMaintain cleanliness and safety within the warehouse spaceOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary)Requirements:Prior warehouse or inventory management experience preferred but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong organizational skills and attention to accuracyBasic knowledge of inventory management systems, or willingness to learnAbility to work well with others in a fast paced environmentForklift certification preferred; if not certified, must be willing to undergo trainingPay for this position is $20 to $23.50 per hour, depending on experience.
