You’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations—supporting nurses, collaborating across disciplines, and ensuring every patient and family receives exceptional care.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of hospice leaders, nurses and clinical staff
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of care
• Foster a supportive, engaging, and mission-driven team culture
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care
• Ensure compliance with all hospice regulations and best practices
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support staff development, education, and clinical excellence
• Participate in strategic planning and organizational growth
• Jump in when needed—because great leaders lead by example

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required; MSN preferred)
• 3–5+ years of hospice or palliative care experience
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
