The Role:
This isn’t just a leadership job—it’s a chance to shape experiences at life’s most meaningful moments. As our Director of Nursing, you’ll guide a team of dedicated clinicians, champion quality care, and bring energy, empathy, and innovation to everything you do.
You’ll be the heartbeat of our clinical operations—supporting nurses, collaborating across disciplines, and ensuring every patient and family receives exceptional care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of hospice leaders, nurses and clinical staff
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of care
- Foster a supportive, engaging, and mission-driven team culture
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care
- Ensure compliance with all hospice regulations and best practices
- Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support staff development, education, and clinical excellence
- Participate in strategic planning and organizational growth
- Jump in when needed—because great leaders lead by example

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required; MSN preferred)
- 3–5+ years of hospice or palliative care experience
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
